Why this list?

The games in this list are something else. That’s why! They offer a good story with great feel for “how it would feel” in a post apocalyptic world. They tickle your senses with excitement and fear for the new world. They show in great detail how a trashed civilization could look like and also how a weakened or destroyed society transformed mankind to desperate survivors fighting for survival in harsh conditions. Sometimes with an awesome twist like mutants or anomalies or aliens even. I dont really like zombie apocalypse’s but I will mention some that I think deserve mentioning. Now my focus is mainly the story and the feeling you get from these games. A sort of overall grade. And If you like these you will certainly like my other content on this blog aswell. If you dont, then it’s probably not for you. I recommend playing these games on PC for more than one reason, but mainly because there is loads and loads of extra stuff, such as mods that lets you experience the game in multiple various ways, for example, in Fallout games there is a HUGE community developing different mods and they have been doing it for a long time, and still are! Some of these mods make the graphics enhanced, some make cosmetic changes and some are more game mechanic changing like, damage modifier, extra content (player bases, new weapons, new monsters, new NPC’s with new quests and such). You have these on console with Fallout 4 for example but the PC experience is WAY more fun for anyone that really want more content then the original game. And with these games in my list there is ALOT of it, wich makes the experience even greater due to the fact that you can customise almost everything and someone probably already made a mod for it. I don’t say that you should’nt play these on console, they’re great either way, but if you want even MORE of the games universe available to you, then PC is you’re choice.

The Guide

“The dark side is an underworld that looks suspiciously like our own. But don’t be fooled, for here you’ll find that the familiar rule’s don’t apply, and all the sign posts are lying. The dark side, is a corridor, full of door’s and turning’s, and no way out. You open a door on your left, and there’s eternal happiness huddled in the corner, you open a door on your right, and something very nasty jump’s out at you. On the dark side wishes sometimes comes true, and on the dark side you may wish that they hadn’t. I’m your guide, don’t loose sight of me.” -Axess Granted,
